She was designed this way probably to indicate that she was an assassin and a demon in a human appearance. In Mythologies: Sub-Zero, Sareena wears a backless black top with a laced chest opening and a black belt with a pair of black underwear and black thigh high boots and forearm sleeves with laces. She is now a force of good with an alliance to Sub-Zero and the new Lin Kuei, however, she remains wary of her natural demonic nature.
